Who we are

ZUI Technology S.L. ("ZUI", "we", "us") operates zuitechnology.com and the products in the ZUI universe (including Mesabot, Bodas, Salonbot, HostAgentes, FutbolCRM, CRMRest, Email Suite and Paperclip). Contact: legal@zuitechnology.com.

Data we collect

• Contact-form data you submit on this site (name, email, company, budget, message).
• Technical data automatically collected when you visit (IP, user-agent, referrer, basic device info) — used for security and aggregated analytics.
• Cookie-based identifiers strictly necessary for the site to work, plus performance analytics if you accept.

Why we process it

• To respond to your enquiry (legal basis: pre-contractual interest / consent).
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
• To measure aggregated performance and improve the site (consent for analytics cookies).

Third parties

We use Vercel (hosting), Discord (lead-routing webhook for the contact form), and Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights. Each provider acts as a data processor under the appropriate DPA.

International transfers

Some processors operate outside the EEA. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent safeguards where applicable.

Retention

Contact-form messages are kept for up to 24 months unless a business relationship is established. Analytics data is kept aggregated and anonymous.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing of your personal data. Email legal@zuitechnology.com to exercise any of these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish AEPD.

We may update this policy. The current version date is shown at the top of the page.
